10. "Reality check" - Non-Romanticized Version the Missionary Journey

Speakers: The Wongs

We are often wooed by amazing testimonies and inspiring messages about going out into the mission field for God's harvest. And, you believe God is calling you to go, yourself! Some missionaries go with an unrealistic, romanticized view of missions, and soon find themselves burnt out and ready to come home. Appropriately preparation and expectation alignment before the trip are the keys. In this workshop, you will learn, from experience, the mental, physical, and spiritual processes and realities of being on a short or long term missionary journey.
