You are responsible to find your own transportation to Alliance Redwoods.
Because of limited parking spaces, you are encouraged to carpool with other conferencees.
If you can provide rides for other conferencees or need a ride to WCC, please check out
the WCC Transportation Bulletin Board (to be posted later).
WCC will help arrange rides from SFO or OAK airports to Alliance Redwoods. If you can
provide a ride, or think you may need a ride from an airport, please indicate that when you
register. This service must be requested by 2/1/2009. WCC will coordinate transportation
from and to these airports by sharing contact information between conferencees with similar
itineraries by 2/9/2009. However, conferencees will be responsible for setting up the actual
arrangement, and WCF is not responsible for these arrangements.
