IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. Space is VERY LIMITED this year, with only 375 spots available. Be sure to register early to ensure that you can come!
  2. All payment is done online using any major credit or debit card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  3. Standard lodging are single-gender rooms of bunk beds, housing 4 - 8 people each and separate shared bathrooms.
  4. Deluxe lodging are single-gender rooms 4-6 people, also bunk beds, with private vanity, and attached bathrooms.
  5. Families may request one room together.
  6. No Walk On Registration.

Family Registration Information

Family pricing will be calculated upon registration, depending on the number of adults and children. There are only a limited number of rooms allocated for parents with infants and for families (so as to not have to share a room with others) so please register early!

Families must register for deluxe level housing.

  • 0-1 year old - free, NO childcare provided
  • 2-3 years old: $125 - Toddler Childcare provided
  • 4-12 years old: $125 - Children's Program provided
  • 13-17 years old - pricing the same as adult, NO children's program (must be registered with an adult)

To determine your child's age, just calculate how old he/she is by Feb 13, 2009.

Group Discounts

Groups of 5 or more from the same church will receive a $50 discount to the entire group. Please email the registrar with the name of the group coordinator, and the check will be given to the coordinator at the conference. Checks will be made payable to the church, not the coordinator's name.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the registrar if you would like to cancel.

  • Cancellation before 1/27/09 - $50 will be withheld from refund.
  • Cancellation after 1/27/09 - no refund, but please contact us so that we can open up your space for the next person on the waiting list.

If you are not able to attend, transferring registration accounts to another person is not permitted.

Financial Aid

Deadline for ALL scholarships is 12/15/08.

To apply for a scholarship, fill out the scholarship form and submit prayerful answers to the questions via email to the registrar by 12/15/08. The scholarship committee will notify you before you register if your request was granted and for what amount. Further directions will be given if we are able to provide you with a scholarship.

  1. Plan ahead.
  2. Ask for a scholarship from your church and missions committee.
  3. Look for creative ways to raise funds or invite others to "send you to WCC."
  4. If you have exhausted all options, consider asking WCF for a scholarship. We grant our scholarships in faith and take an offering to cover the grants.
