Frequently Asked Questions

1) Can I pay a lower price and stay at home?
No, there is no commuter option this year. We encourage you to stay onsite for the entire weekend. WCC is not only about the plenary sessions, worship, and workshops. The conference is a unique place where like-minded believers can network, connect with old friends, build new relationships, and encourage each other.

2) I only noticed an option to pay by debit/credit card in the database. Can I pay by check instead?
Registration will only be confirmed after paying online via debit/credit card. If you do not have a debit/credit card, please see if you can write a check to a friend who would be willing to pay online for you.

3) Why do we have a new location? Why did we move from the San Mateo Marriott?
Though WCC is a conference, and not technically a "retreat," we recognize that there are aspects of a retreat atmosphere that facilitate a more open and personal experience with God. WCC aims to facilitate an environment where you have an unhindered, non-distractive, and fully-focused access to the Lord.

4) Do I need to bring bedding?
Standard lodging includes a thin mattress only. Please plan according (i.e. bring your pillow, sleeping bag and/or blankets)

Deluxe lodging includes a standard size mattress with pillows and blankets. However, no linens are provided.
