Breaking News...First time in WCC history!

If you are interested in still joining us for this year's WCC, Walk-on Registration will be available this year!
Cost: $180
Features: Includes all plenary sessions, workshops (limited choice, depending on capacity of the workshop), and small groups.

*Due to hotel policies and our limited manpower we cannot provide housing, meals, child care services, and ministry consultant times.
Walk-on registration will only be conducted Friday (2/15) night and Saturday (2/16) morning.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. NEW Commuter Rate: Registration fee includes meals (2 lunches, 2 dinners), but not hotel room. Conferee has day use and can commute to conference.
  2. Registration fee does NOT include breakfast this year. Conferees can sign up for optional breakfast for an additional $50. (covers Sat-Mon)
  3. FULL payment MUST be postmarked by
    Jan. 14 (Early Registration)
    Jan. 28 (General Registration)
    Otherwise, your registration will be CANCELLED.
  4. Make checks to WCF. NO Paypal available.
  5. Doubles are rooms with two queen-sized beds for two people.
  6. Quadruples are rooms with two queen-sized beds for four people.
  7. Families may request one room together (see website for kids pricing details).

Family Registration Information

Family pricing will be calculated upon registration, depending on the number of adults, children, and rooms needed.

Assuming two parents are registered with doubles (in the same room), the additional costs for children are:

  • 0-1 year old, $20 - NO childcare provided
  • 2-3 years old, $137 - Toddler Childcare provided
  • 4-11 years old, $137 - Children's Program
  • 12- 18 years old, $145 - NO children's program

Registration cost includes food for each child. To determine your child's age, just calculate how old he/she is by Feb 15, 2008.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the Registrar by 1/28/08 if you would like to cancel.

  • Cancellation before 1/28/08 - No Penalty
  • Cancellation between 1/29/08 to 2/11/08 - $200 will be withheld from refund.
  • Cancellation after 2/11/08 - no refund.

If you are not able to attend, transferring registration accounts to another person is not permitted.

Financial Aid

Scholarship requests must be electronically submitted via website's registration form by 1/13/08.
*Must pay in FULL upon registration. If approved, then WCF will send a reimbursement check after the conference.

  1. Plan ahead.
  2. Register by early registration deadline (1/13/08).
  3. Ask for a scholarship from your church and missions committee.
  4. Look for creative ways to raise funds or invite others to "send you to WCC."
  5. If you have exhausted all options, consider asking WCF for a scholarship. We grant our scholarships in faith and take an offering to cover the grants. See registration form online for details.
