Frequently Asked Questions

#1

Q: I live very close to the San Mateo Marriott. Can I pay a lower price for registration and sleep at home?
A: Yes, This year conferees will be offered the option of having a NEW Commuter Rate. Registration fee includes meals (2 lunches, 2 dinners), but not hotel room. Conferees have day use and can commute to conference from home.

Registered conferees may choose to go in and out of the site at any time. However, we want to encourage all conferees to stay on-site to take full advantage of the community WCC has to offer. WCC is not only about the plenary sessions, the worship, or the workshops. The conference is a unique place where like-minded believers can network, connect with old friends, build new relationships, and encourage each other.

#2

Q: Can I invite friends who aren't registered to the conference yet live nearby? If I don't register, will I still be able to check out a plenary session or workshop?
A: The conference is not open to the public, intended only for the registered conferees. We cannot admit any others to the plenary sessions, the workshops, or the rest of the WCC on-site functions. There will be ushers who will be checking for the conference ID badges. Please, understand the liability issues and respect the conference policy.

#3

Q: Will I have to pay for parking?
A: Parking will be validated (free) for all registered conferees, except those who paid the commuter rate. San Mateo Marriott will charge for parking for commuter conferees and all other visitors. Please, contact the hotel directly for the rate.
